Times are bad all over. As you are reading this the BOE is reviewing and cutting budget line items for the proposed budget, and as if that isn't bad enough, Governor Christie is wielding his financial freeze hatchet and cutting state aid to schools. Things are going to change around here.
The Howell Township Education Association and the Howell Board of Education have a long history of working together to meet the needs of the Howell School Community.
In attempts to ameliorate BOE financial concerns the Association agreed to:
Accept one of the lowest salary increases in the County and perhaps the State.
